2008 Ford Fusion - Defective Rear Brakes

My 2008 Ford Fusion is back in for a $750 fix on the continually defective rear brakes. I stopped buying GM because of known defects that were not fixed and now I am getting the same with Ford. So maybe I need to stop buying American made cars?

7/10/2013 Update: A Ford representative just contacted me regarding my comments to corporate. She informed me that she can not do anything to help me with this issue.
