Imagine enabling a selfish old man with dementia, anger issues, and limited intelligence, to takeover your country and do whatever he feels like doing. That was fun for him, but it's time to clean up the mess and take pa pa back to his room. He's falling asleep again.

Logic can show people that what they're doing doesn't make sense. Then, often, they get really angry! Why do you think politicians are angry so frequently? Why are the far extremes always upset? It doesn't matter left or right, they are angry and they want to shut the other side up. It's mostly just because their arguments don't make sense. Anger is being substituted (for logic) to try to cover up the stupidity.
