How many books have I written?

So, the question I've gotten a few times recently, is how many books have I written? Honestly, I lost count, so I pulled these off of my bookshelf, and I think it is all of them. The first picture is my novels, and my two cooking/brewing books. The second picture, shows all of the books I've written for my son each year. I did not bother to put them in chronological order. All of these should be available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble websites. "Cottonwood," is most likely to teach you history. "COVID Time," will make you think about the pandemic and how it changed everything. "Noah's Ark: 39 Million Light Years from Earth," will make you wonder about our place in the Universe. "Bloody Average," has two endings, and will make you think about what kind of a world do you want to live in. "Lapse of Humanity," will take you inside the psyche of a killer. "Synopsis, a Conversation with my Dead Father," will probabl...

Resemblance

We were in the TV studio when I noticed the man. Everyone noticed, but they tried not to be noticed by him. He was frustrated. Something wasn’t working and he was growing angry. I thought maybe I could help. Afterall, I have considerable experience working in TV.   I approached and asked if I could help. Maybe it was a mistake. He was larger than me. Shaved head. He was younger, lean, and muscular. As he invaded my personal space, I could smell soap. He was clean. His eyes were brown, and showed an Asian heritage. Giant Tree

Here I am in late October 2007, in the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge with the Minnesota River behind me. I'm wearing my volunteer ranger shirt and also wearing a blaze orange cap--which means it was during a deer hunt. Behind me, is a gigantic cottonwood tree. These giants are impressive in so many ways. Not a tree that you would want in your yard, they tend to hollow out inside; and can host a variety of life. Trees like this one inspired my historical novel, "Cottonwood."
