I had to laugh when I got a message from the school district, testing their weather emergency notification system. It included information about what to do if you didn't get the notification--which would be unavailable to you if that happened. Since I did get notified, this information was still unnecessary.

In my time working with data, I have found an almost perfect one to one relationship between if the data is not in the files that were loaded, it will also not be in the data warehouse after the files are loaded.

Logic can show people that what they're doing doesn't make sense. Then, often, they get really angry! Why do you think politicians are angry so frequently? Why are the far extremes always upset? It doesn't matter left or right, they are angry and they want to shut the other side up. It's mostly just because their arguments don't make sense. Anger is being substituted (for logic) to try to cover up the stupidity.

Don't decide too much about a person from a particular political affiliation, religion, racial demographic, ethnicity or gender if they react negatively when confronted with an opposing point-of-view. Rather, consider that it's people who embrace extremes, who have less logic and substance to rely on, who often compensate for this by resorting to abuse and anger.

I see a flaw in a political position that protects the rights of the unborn, and simultaneously promotes guns while gun violence destroys the living. I find it ironic that the same political views that say they promote freedom, are simultaneously working to restrict personal choices of health and lifestyle. The reason the truth is being altered, is because the arguments simply aren't logical on their own merit.
