It seems that an astronomical amount of money has been spent trying to convince me that I should vote for politicians who will continue to support an old, demented, billionaire, rapist leader. Because if I don't, the world will be taken over by people with brown skin and all of the children will get sex change operations during health class in public schools. And it will all be paid for with my tax dollars, which are currently paying for wars that I don't support, in the name of oil profits--for a fuel that is destroying the Earth (instead of using clean energy sources). There are no commercials about policy. It's all about trying to control people. Were I only to get my information from Fox "news," perhaps I would start believing it. But since I utilize multiple sources for my information, it is just flat out propaganda garbage.

I just watched the press conference of the parents of Minnesotan Alex Pretti, who was murdered by ICE agents 9 months ago. They are asking for justice and for evidence to be shared. This evidence is being withheld by the United States Department of Justice. Our federal government is not sharing evidence with local law enforcement--whether it's from the Epstein files, or from atrocities committed by federal agents. I know there are people who think this is okay, because they see those being persecuted as foreigners. What they don't see, is that the President of the United States is making deals with and taking orders from foreigners, such as the leaders of Russia and Israel. We now live in "that country," where people can be murdered in the street or "disappeared," and sent away to prisons that are sometimes in foreign countries. Even though I vote in all of the main elections, I must admit that I rarely vote in the primaries. I guess it's because you have to vote a straight party ticket, and I'm not tied to either party. But this year, one candidate in the senate race has chosen to run a negative campaign and lie, rather than focus on her own position. The message has worked to get me into the polls, but not in the way this candidate was hoping it would.

There is no shortage of garbage videos on social media, that were created by AI. Yesterday, I saw a video of dead children being pulled out of bomb created rubble in Iran. The images were so disturbing because it was real. Recently, I have worked with children, and they don't understand war. Most adults don't understand it. We have leaders who make decisions for us both locally and globally. Some of them are good. But others, keep making decisions that damage other people's lives, both locally and globally. These leaders like to talk about "necessary sacrifices," for a better future. Rarely, are these leaders personally experiencing the sacrifices they so matter-of-factly make speeches about. When we have any say in who our leaders are, we need to carefully consider their motives, character, and policies. Most of all, we need to judge whether they can be trusted. Choosing leaders based on single issue criteria, leaves too much to chance. Power and money corrup...

I early voted today. I believe in the secrecy of the ballot, so I'm not going to say who I voted for president. However, I did NOT vote for anyone who lies about pretty much everything and wants to be a fascist dictator.

Seven years ago a guy having a road rage attack, chased my car for several miles while pointing a gun at me. Had I pulled into a dead-end alley rather than a police station parking lot, I might be dead. When the police caught up to the guy, they found the Glock 9mm I had described on the seat of the truck. It had a high-capacity clip. There was also a filet knife in the door of his truck. He told the officer that I was (his words written in the police report) a "raghead from Pakistan." He also had a small amount of marijuana. They released him because he had a permit to carry a gun; and he said he never pulled the gun out. Last year I needed to see a medical specialist. It took two months to get in. After a scan, it took two more months to get in for the follow-up. Fortunately, the doctor said I was okay. But it took four months to find that out. Just in case you think my "No Solicitors" sign doesn't mean you—because you don't think you are selling me anything, let me assure you that the sign almost surely means you. If you are "selling" me your political candidate, your version of religion or most anything else, this sign is certainly there for you. Don't bother putting propaganda garbage in my door either. That is another form of solicitation and it will go straight into the trash.
