I'm waiting for my son to get out of school and I checked my email. The state of Minnesota sent me one that says I'm not qualified to maintain and troubleshoot their conference rooms. Usually I just ignore and delete, but this time I told them I did not want to argue, but that is exactly what I did for the Minnesota Historical Society--along with working on their VoIP phones. And for that, I worked directly with the State of Minnesota IT department.
