I sure hope, although I have doubts, that once we get past this Trump dictatorship, that the liberal left will try to be more truthful than they have been in the past. I understand the goal of equality, however, if that means lying and not holding some people accountable, then we are doomed to swing rapidly back-and-forth. What we need is some truth, some middle ground, and equality for everyone--without the cancel culture, and the vengeance, that has become mainstream in politics on both sides of the aisle. Just because there is no one within the Trump organization who will speak out against the idiotic policies, interviews and posts that the President participates in daily, it does not mean that this inbred and completely backward intellectualism is immune to repercussions at some point. As the Timothy Treadwell story has demonstrated to us, getting away with doing really stupid things over and over might mean that you are lucky, but it doesn't mean that you are immune. Trump supporters, I get it. A few years ago, Liberals were getting out of hand and there wasn't much truth in what they said. Black Lives Matter was gaining momentum, and again, it started with the truth, and then wandered away from it. By the time the news media started talking about Asian Hate, my Asian relatives had been talking about it and sharing stories on social media for a couple of years. Then I realized why. The news media refused to broadcast anything about Asian Hate unless white people were the perpetrators, which wasn't usually the case. Yes, it seems that perhaps white people were under attack as being the cause of all of the ills of society, and Donald Trump was going to be your savior. But I think it's obvious now, that he is criminally motivated, and your best interest is not his priority--even if he's harming the immigrants and brown-skinned people that you are upset with. There is a video of Donald Trump, saying that smart people, don't like him. Does that mean he thinks his own supporters are not smart? Because there is data that supports that premise. But the admission itself is telling. It's an admission that less intelligent people have voted for a leader who has surrounded himself with people who lack intelligence, who are supporting a barely literate, criminal and sexual predator, down a path that lacks conventional wisdom, logic, morality, truth and justice. It corroborates that we are following an intellectually deficient leader, installed by the least intelligent portion of the population. Science and truth, are enemies of this insane push to harm people, the economy, the environment and everyone except the excessively rich. So, I would agree that Trump has finally uttered a truth. It was bound to happen I guess.

This Trump led attack on the poor and immigrants, has always been a war on the poor. We have been led to believe that it is a war between races and ethnic groups. That is because it is easier to identify those people who are supposed to be our enemies. This disguises the true motives for the cruelty. Immigrants are typically hard-working, and they are still poor. Dumb people don't understand the contribution that they make. So, this war on the working poor continues. It's insanity based on stupidity. Now under RFK, Jr., vaccines will be withheld from poor people who can't afford them. This will not only kill off the poor, but it will also bring back largely controlled diseases. This is what you get when you vote for cruelty and dumb.

This morning, on the news, they reported a need for school resource officers. That struck me as interesting, because a few years ago, there was anger, and people wanted those officers removed from schools. This is proof that dumb exists on both the political left and the political right. A few years ago, George Floyd was in the news and now it's the Annunciation school shooting. Narrow views produce narrow results.

Around the time of covid, when I got laid off from my tech support job at the Minnesota Historical Society, people were upset with me for being a conservative. I didn't hate police. I even lost friends. I also had to leave a Facebook group for those laidoff from MNHS because of multiple attacks and "cancel culture." Fast forward to now, and conservatives get upset with me for being a liberal. Because I despise Trump, fascists, racism and billionaire authoritarianism. The truth is, I was, and still am, right here... in the middle. The truth and justice seem to be here too. Don't be fooled by political polarity. I'm not one, because I favor the other. My stance is strictly by issue, and not by party. The 2-party system is broken and their politics are not representative of me. I haven't changed. The political pendulum changed. I'm still right in the middle.

The irony of what is about to happen to rural America, and the small-town people who have been supporting Donald Trump, is that the federal money that historically propped up their infrastructure is being pulled away. While some people applauded as programs to help minorities and immigrants were repealed, the social programs subsidizing such things as rural healthcare, media and education have now been targeted. This is further evidence that many people were fooled by a liar who used their own prejudices against them. What will be more interesting, is if these same people will be able to recognize their mistake as things begin to go bad for them.
