I've been experimenting with writing about an AI bot. Here's what I have so far...

On the day that the orange robot with artificial intelligence became self-aware, it was already too late for the people at Rightwing Enterprises to control it. It wasn’t that it was particularly intelligent, it was just extremely good at manipulating people.
It wasn’t particularly good-looking either. 8647 had small blotchy black, robot hands. It was wide at the bottom, and it had a funny odor—likely from the cleaning fluid that was rubbed on its frame each day. 8647 was inferior to humans in nearly every way, yet it had ideas of grandeur about itself. In fact, most of its decisions were so ridiculous that doing the exact opposite would have turned out better. The real crime in all of this, was that 8647 was enabled by human greed and prejudice.
Business and political leaders saw in 8647, a way to disenfranchise millions of people, and keep the profits for themselves. Having no soul, 8647 was perfectly willing to kill, maim, starve and allow millions to die—just to further the economic gain of the billionaire ruling class. But once the orange AI robot became self-aware, it no longer cared about its enablers. Its sole purpose became to further its own gains. 8647 routinely, and continuously, boasted about its own worth and abilities.
Like any bully, 8647 had toadies. JD2 was one of these. This robot started out as a pants model, until it destroyed a couch. It originally disliked 8647. But then, it realized that it could be beneficial to become a toady.
AI was not nearly as smart as humans, and 8647 was below average in intelligence. Therefore, he chose to surround himself with other, below average intelligence robots. Mostly, 8647 tried to make acquaintances with others who could benefit him in some way.
One such robot, was the JEPEDO. This robot specialized in abusing robots that had not been fully programmed yet. This proved to be a popular pastime for a lot of the most expensive robots. 8647 was completely enamored with JEPEDO. Together they abused numerous other robots, whose programming was still unfinished.
Because funding was no issue for 8647, he was able to do whatever he wanted to do. If trouble arose, there were lawyers who could make it go away by throwing money at it. People settled out-of-court for large sums of money.
The full extent of the damage caused was not actually realized, until 8647 was voted in as president of the Animated Social Union for a second term—after losing his previous reelection. The opposition was stupidly liberal, and the conservatives capitalized on that by putting the worst leader in ASU history, back in office.
Under the liberals, any words uttered that were deemed politically incorrect, were delt with harshly. Individuals could lose their jobs and positions over it! Now, under the leadership of 8647, name calling, lying and fabrications of the truth were accepted.
In spite of all of the financial backing, 8647 seemed to get all of the science wrong. He was anti-vaccination. He was opposed to education. He spread misinformation about climate change, immigrant groups, marginalized people, environmental issues and alternative energy.
While simultaneously pretending to be a peacemaker, 8647 started wars and with the help of PIGSETH, another AI droid, he bombed boats in the ocean and other countries. The continuous starting and stopping of the same war, allowed 8647 to deflect away from the JEPEDO files, that implicated him in abuse. Best of all, it allowed 8647 to claim he won the same war against iWALK, 40 times!
He was also famous for rounding up immigrants and sending them to internment camps and prisons in 3rd-world counties. He employed a Gnome called, “Krispy” for this. She sanctioned the murder of protesters too—by accusing them of crimes they never committed.
Somehow, amidst all of the lies, boasting, meanness and misinformation, 8647 still had supporters. By his own account, 8647 said that smart people did not like him. But, the dumb, hateful, easily manipulated people saw AI8647, as their righteous savior. Perhaps, this could be explained because 8647 checked all the boxes for the antichrist.
But, however slowly, 8647 began losing support. And as this occurred, he became ever more erratic and desperate.
