4th Dry January

Today marks the last day of my 4th annual (dry January) one month break from drinking alcohol. One friend told me it was "very fashionable." But that is definitely not why I do this. In fact, I tend to avoid fashionable trends.

I have done this for 4 years now, because I like knowing that I can. I also like "pressing the reset button."
