When a Knife is Really Sharp...

I was just cutting up a pineapple. I barely nicked my finger with the knife. It's funny how when knives are really super sharp, when you do that it doesn't bleed for like 5 minutes. Then finally a little bit of blood seeps through. I wonder what would happen if I was able to afford one of those really super expensive knives? Maybe it would start bleeding tomorrow?
