COVID-19 Expiration Date

On May 11, 2023, Emergency Declarations for COVID-19, per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, expire. Along with this, Title 42 also expires. Title 42 is a public health law from 1944, that allows authorities to stop immigration to the U.S. if there is the existence of any communicable disease (in this case COVID-19) that could spread to the American population.
