Widespread Outages Blamed on Cutris

Cutris has allegedly unplugged the vinculum. Whether or not he will plug it back in is unknown at this time. A vinculum expert has been summoned from Bangladesh, to Washington D.C. to try to prevent further vinculum-related disasters. Cutris' whereabouts are currently unknown. He is presumed to be out hiking in the woods.
