This recent photo shows Cutris walking past a sign that declares the road he is on to be closed. This is not the first time such a photo has surfaced.
There have been other such scandals involving Cutris over the years. In fact, this type of thing probably isn't very newsworthy anymore... Well... it was a slow news day...
