I cooked these on hot coals for 10 minutes--turned once after 5 minutes.

This was the sun this morning about 7:00 a.m. I made no edits.

When I was at the dentist today, they told me everything was good but they recommended a fluoride treatment to keep it that way. They said the fluoride would soak into my teeth and make them hard. I don't believe I ever had a fluoride treatment before, and insurance wouldn't pay for it but I decided to do it anyway because it wasn't that much. My teeth felt weird for a while after they painted the fluoride varnish on them. Later, when the dogs that live behind us started barking at me, I showed my teeth! They all ran away, because they must have recognized how hard my teeth are now.

Nobody was eating the fresh rhubarb, so when I saw that graham cracker pie crust at the store, I began to get ideas. I didn't follow a recipe, though I did look at two before I started. The ingredients were, rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice, apples, cinnamon salt, flour, butter. I baked it for one hour at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. I don't bake much, but this pie was good.

"Expertise," has been purposefully abandoned by the Trump administration, along with intelligence, fairness, benevolence and truth. While there was certainly things within the government in need of reform, that is not the objective, even if the lies say it is. The administration has definitely given us much to think about, but the direction does not appear sustainable in any way. Now, we just need the half who were tricked into believing this garbage to wakeup and stop supporting the insanity.

"I've known him for years," said Trump on so-so media, "we agree on most things and his home is a very warm place." Of course Trump had a lot more to say, and much of it was incoherent. But apparently, Mr. Trump would like to warehouse legal immigrants in hell, and also potentially U.S. citizens who disagree with him.

When I was very young, I know there was still discrimination and prejudice that was tolerated by some and practiced by others. I seemed to recognize over time, that it was getting better and it was starting to go away. But now, when I see the posts of some of the people I grew up with, I realize that some of them were in families where that prejudice and discrimination never went away at all, and they were indoctrinated into believing all of those horrible lies. And now, it still exists inside of them to such an extent, that they support Trump, even as he follows the playbook of other dictators, like a new version of Hitler. Perhaps a significant portion of the population has not progressed like we had hoped they would. It really is time to stand up against injustice, hate, cruelty and greed. It's not too late. But it will take all of our voices. Preaching to your friends is not enough. I know people can hear us. My blog gets about 3K hits per day--and most of that traffic is from ...

Somehow, certain people are still spreading bald-faced lies to try to legitimate Donald Trump. So I just wanted to mention, that his trip to the Middle East has allowed him to meet with people who have supported the murder of Americans and with those who fund Hamas. He has been bribed, and he wants that $400 million airplane from the people (in Qatar) who bankroll Hamas terrorists.

There is a trick to flipping an omelette when the egg is infused with so many herbs and vegetables. But if you can do it, it turns into something beautiful.
