Doomed by Selfishness

When someone holds their desire to accumulate material things above their personal relationships, and they refuse to compromise or understand the needs of others, no one wins. If they redirect all arguments back to the person who observes their behaviors, they become destined to feel miserable and make others unhappy as well. If they react with anger and reject logical choices, the issues will never be resolved. If they are passive aggressive, and go against the wishes of others involved, they propagate mistrust. If they refuse to discuss differences calmly, and continue to blame others for their inability to ever be satisfied with what they have, they will never appreciate what good things they overlook every day.
