Though it was only with us for a short time, the annoying fly that got in the house yesterday, met its demise at 7:47am this morning. It was smashed against the window with a small newspaper. The fly had enjoyed landing on people and food, and buzzing around. We are all glad this fly is dead. Internment immediately followed death. The fly was laid to rest in a splotch in the garbage. Goodbye and good riddance...
