Observation on Relationships

Often I think, the most brilliant people can be hardest to get along with.
Think of the workplace as an example. The guy who knows nothing is often extremely pleasant and agreeable; while the person who knows much, is more likely to disagree because he or she is capable of independent thought. A poor manager will dismiss the smart person because they disagree and keep the unproductive person because he is agreeable. In the long-run, this is a poor tactic for business success.
