"Regular Flavor" Instant Oatmeal

When I buy a box of flavored oatmeal, why do they put "regular flavor" in it?
What is "regular flavor?"
It isn't a flavor!
I had to eat one this morning to get rid of it. I used honey to make it "honey flavored."
