Sprint Won't Pay Promised Rebate

My latest email,

This is the SECOND time this rebate has been approved, then declined. I am VERY upset with Sprint. I was promised this rebate when I purchased a new phone for my wife and my plan DOUBLED in cost. Send this rebate immediately, or I will pursue a complaint through my state's attorney general. Furthermore, I will cancel my contract.
SEND THE REBATE YOU PROMISED ME AND QUIT PLAYING GAMES!

Your first mistake was signing up with Sprint, but hope you get that rebate nonetheless.

Thomas,
I've heard bad things about pretty much every phone company. They're all crooks. If they want me to file a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General, I will.
The two-year contract thing gives them the ability to screw with you. It is never a good idea to tick off your customers though, at least if you want to stay in business.
Thanks for the comment,
Cutris

Missing Data?

In my time working with data, I have found an almost perfect one to one relationship between if the data is not in the files that were loaded, it will also not be in the data warehouse after the files are loaded.
