It is terrorism to shoot schoolchildren. It is the extreme of cowardice. For it to continue as it has year after year, shows a lack of (real) concern for our most valuable and most vulnerable citizens. I'm tired of the excuses, because there is no excuse.

While I was watching the news, My son (5th grade) asked me if we were heading for World War III. I can remember growing up, thinking that I was going to end up drafted and in a war (Vietnam was in the news at that time). I asked him what he knew about WWI and WWII. Then I decided he needed a crash course (of history). I found the answer on YouTube.com. These are both informative and entertaining. He has since watched several others in the series. Why does s*** have to be censored? Everyone s****! I can say damn it, I can say God damn it, I guess I can't say f*** it.. but I don't understand what's so bad about s***! I can say poop. I can say defecation. I can say crap. I can say dung, I can say ass, I can say sphincter, I can say penis, I can save vagina, why can't I say s***??

It is okay to have open spaces. Likewise, useful items can be in full view. It is not necessary to clutter every inch of space with useless decorations and hide tools at the bottom of drawers. Beauty can exist in simplicity.
