When I get the clothes hamper from our closet, it sometimes starts an avalanche of my wife's clothes. I inadvertently grabbed this cashmere sweater and washed it. I checked the tag after, to see if it could go in the dryer. I dried it flat instead. I was so glad I didn't do the laundry at night, because it said "day cleaning only!"

If you know my wife, you probably recognized that she is a big personality in a small package. She teaches art in a public school. Today, she was attacked by an ASD student. She is the third person on staff at that school, that this same student has sent to the hospital. Being a teacher is not only difficult, sometimes it's dangerous. And not enough is being done in my opinion, to keep staff and students safe from incidents like this.

I wanted the job, the company is real, but my instincts told me to check it out. I finally called IntelliBright and navigated though the phone system until I got to a person--who was able to verify that the individual, and the email, while being very convincing, was a scammer and not part of their company. #scam

While working on taxes and marveling at the high amount of money, my wife and I are taxed each year... especially now that I was laid off and I am substitute teaching for far less than I used to be making, I couldn't help but think that President Trump does not pay taxes... and like... what the hell?

Today marks the last day of my 4th annual (dry January) one month break from drinking alcohol. One friend told me it was "very fashionable." But that is definitely not why I do this.
