The news media refused to broadcast anything about Asian Hate unless white people were the perpetrators, which wasn't usually the case. Yes, it seems that perhaps white people were under attack as being the cause of all of the ills of society, and Donald Trump was going to be your savior. But I think it's obvious now, that he is criminally motivated, and your best interest is not his priority--even if he's harming the immigrants and brown-skinned people that you are upset with. When I went to pick up my son from his friend's house last evening, a deer was suddenly laying on the road in front of my car. It had just been hit by one of the cars ahead of me, and there wasn't much I could do, so I went right over the top of it, and waited for the thump. The car went over, and I didn't hear anything. Apparently, the car was high enough, and the deer was laying on its side, in convulsions, and nothing happened. But it sure was freaky!

So, the middle switch needed to be replaced. Easy right? First, find the correct breaker to turn off. In this case, it was two--which left me in complete (basement) darkness. The rest of the process, reminded me of those bomb defusing scenes in the movies!

So, just what was on Trump's teleprompter when it stopped working? Since he can't read very well, it was just pictures. He is so impressive! Being a moron and still becoming president!

Trump Ended 99,007 Wars UnAssociated Press September 23, 2025 McDonald Trump has just stunned the world, with his latest boast of nonsensical numbers--that he's stopped 99,007... wait... 99,010 wars. How does he do it? The math makes no sense, the words contain no truth, or even logic, and yet he still has a(n albeit shrinking), legion of followers. Give him his due, his imaginary world, boasts imaginary accomplishments, the likes of none ever recorded in the general reality. And stop with the hate speech everyone! That is reserved only, for Trump and his merry band of underachievers.

Jimmy Kimmel is coming back because Disney was afraid of losing a lot of business. We're strong when we unite. That's why Trump wants us to fight each other. Don't be baited into losing your rights.

This is the rabbit that was digging under our deck. I've been trying to catch it and/or chase it away all summer. It dug out the wire to prevent it from getting under the deck. It dug more when I used animal repellent. it avoided my snare and my live trap. I was about to order a jaw trap to end it. Then, this morning, it was in the live trap. Now, it lives near a lake 5 miles away.

ABC pulling Jimmy Kimmel's show from TV for telling the truth, should be devastating to anyone who believes in freedom of speech. Because unless you agree with Trump/MAGA lies, that freedom has been stolen from us.

It's becoming too common, but today (again) I found out an old friend passed away... last month. Tim was a close friend during the years right after high school. He was a grade ahead of me. We had played intramural football in high school. Our team was, "The Beer Barons." The school called us "The Barons." Later, when Tim found out I wrote poetry and wrote and played music, he said we should start a band. So we did. I saw in Tim, a remarkable intelligence. Most people saw him as an exceptional brawler. He graduated from Hamline University with a law degree and started practicing in support of civil rights. He once told me that he was still a fighter, but now he used the law and he found it more satisfying than using his fists. More than 2 decades ago, he had a devastating stroke. When I saw him at the hospital, I thought he wouldn't survive. But he did. He had permanent damage, but he regained his sense of humor and intellect. Over time, we grew apart. I las...

There is a video of Donald Trump, saying that smart people, don't like him. Does that mean he thinks his own supporters are not smart? Because there is data that supports that premise. But the admission itself is telling. It's an admission that less intelligent people have voted for a leader who has surrounded himself with people who lack intelligence, who are supporting a barely literate, criminal and sexual predator, down a path that lacks conventional wisdom, logic, morality, truth and justice. It corroborates that we are following an intellectually deficient leader, installed by the least intelligent portion of the population. Science and truth, are enemies of this insane push to harm people, the economy, the environment and everyone except the excessively rich. So, I would agree that Trump has finally uttered a truth. It was bound to happen I guess.

I guess people are trying to find the appropriate response, which is that no one should get assassinated for political dialogue. However, it almost feels too late for that, and it all goes back to the President and his supporters, who have been preaching violence since way back when Donald Trump was suggesting that Hillary Clinton should be assassinated in 2016. So you can't fault the people who now see the connection between the rhetoric and the actions of a sick country.

This Trump led attack on the poor and immigrants, has always been a war on the poor. We have been led to believe that it is a war between races and ethnic groups. That is because it is easier to identify those people who are supposed to be our enemies. This disguises the true motives for the cruelty. Immigrants are typically hard-working, and they are still poor. Dumb people don't understand the contribution that they make. So, this war on the working poor continues. It's insanity based on stupidity. Now under RFK, Jr., vaccines will be withheld from poor people who can't afford them. This will not only kill off the poor, but it will also bring back largely controlled diseases. This is what you get when you vote for cruelty and dumb.

Having known Bryan, Jr. from my days working at the school he attended, I am happy that his dad is being released. This morning, on the news, they reported a need for school resource officers. That struck me as interesting, because a few years ago, there was anger, and people wanted those officers removed from schools. This is proof that dumb exists on both the political left and the political right. A few years ago, George Floyd was in the news and now it's the Annunciation school shooting. Narrow views produce narrow results.

The houseplants were cleaned, pruned, repotted and brought back inside--after three months outside in a butterfly tent. The Bird of Paradise was downsized. Being the only plant too big for the tent, it ended up getting chewed apart.
