Yesterday I took my wife and son hiking. Today they didn't want to go. When I go hiking by myself, I can walk through brambles and nobody complains. It seems that I always want to do the same things that I want to do. Sometimes I look at the terrain and I decide it's not worth it. But other times, I go through just because I can and maybe I will see something interesting.

On this Thanksgiving, I wish that people everywhere will abandon negativity, and instead, embrace truth, understanding and forgiveness. Negativity breeds distrust and anger. Truth opens people's eyes, and Forgiveness is a divine trait that opens our hearts to love.
