In my time working with data, I have found an almost perfect one to one relationship between if the data is not in the files that were loaded, it will also not be in the data warehouse after the files are loaded.

Just to reiterate what I have said before--and taken heat over by smarter people on both the left and the right. There is no race war. It was manufactured to dupe the public, and it worked. The issue is that more money is being controlled by fewer people. It's quite easy to convince people that those who look different, speak a different language, recently immigrated, etc. are the source of all their problems. But it just isn't true. Corporate raiders and "robber barons," are the real problem. Also problematic is continuous disinformation, disregard of science and vilifying the working poor. The country is now in the hands of the filthy rich--because the lies worked.

The news has been interesting lately, especially in light of current politics. I think that Luigi Mangione could run for president and have the charges dropped if he wins because that's how it works now. When poor people get shot, no one cares too much. If the super rich get shot, will guns become an issue?

I'm looking through the job ads and I saw one for, "building janitor." I thought it might be fun to build a janitor! But then I realized that's not what it meant...

I believe I may have found out who is moving things out of the compost pit and leaving them in the yard. It was a little freaky to walk out in the dark and see a pretty large animal in the compost pit. It didn't run away, and I realized it was an opossum. I turned the flash on the camera on my phone and got its picture.

The turkeys walked through the front yard this morning.

I literally saw turkeys everytime I left home today, and again when I returned. That was 6 times today. I also saw 3 deer on the last return trip. All sightings were within a quarter mile from home--usually much closer. In fact, we often see wildlife from our windows, in the neighborhood or in our yard. Living in the city is fun!
