Stop Preaching Racism

To those couple of white people who feel the need to send those, "Hey white people, " messages--you know, where you badmouth others to try to separate yourself to make yourself feel better, please stop. People are just people. Most are good, a few are bad. Color is irrelevant. A lot of us don't want to hear your backward racism. Some of us live in racially and culturally diverse families, and we are far less hung up on race than you and your ignorant rants. It is not going to help our children when you continue preaching your version of how bad everyone is except you. Kids aren't born racist. They learn it from what they hear. So please stop now.

Imagine looking in the mirror and seeing yourself as the enemy; the one that the media keeps pointing the finger at. Now either you are able to see the reality, or you feel extremely uncomfortable and want to distance yourself from that enemy in the mirror. Now imagine that the only way you think you can combat that, is to deflect the guilt from yourself onto others. We then have individuals who have set themselves up as thinking they are better than those who they are lecturing. But in the end, they are only propagating the same garbage that they stepped into in the first place. If we can just stop that cycle, it doesn't need to be passed on to the next generation.

Missing Data?

In my time working with data, I have found an almost perfect one to one relationship between if the data is not in the files that were loaded, it will also not be in the data warehouse after the files are loaded.
