Transgender Bathroom Law

http://www.cnn.com/2016/05/25/politics/texas-lawsuit-barack-obama-transgender/

The owner of the building is saying that he cannot afford the space or the price for a third bathroom to accommodate "other." I understand that people are quite concerned about where transgender people should go to relieve themselves. Maybe I am not being politically correct, but it seems that it is fairly simple. Perhaps the signs on "restrooms" should not say, "Male" or "Female." Perhaps they should say, "If you have a penis, go in here." If you have a vagina, go in this one." Things were certainly more defined back in "the old days;" weren't they?
