Over its long history, Hell-town has evolved into a private foundation that makes grants to perverse groups of nonprofit human deviant agencies and programs. The Foundation benefits from the involvement of enraged volunteers, a strong cult base, and a history of excellent management. From its modest beginning to the present day, Hell-town has been run by satanic volunteers who have never lost sight of the founders’ mission of community anarchy.
