You may have some ideas about how to make a stir-fry and they may or may not be good ones. I think the tendency is to cook the meat first; which can lead to overcooked meat. In this instance I added the salmon 7th. The beans take longest, so they went in first. Also, salmon is typically not what I would use in a stir-fry, and my family seemed to enjoy it as the only meat ingredient in this one. In cooking, sometimes creativity or
breaking a few rules is a good thing.
