Cutris Plans to Take Over the World

Several world leaders expressed their concern today, that Cutris may try to take over the world. Apparently the fear began when Cutris exclaimed that he was fairly "unhappy with the way things are being run!" He also indicated that if he had to, he would "take over" and "make some changes." Furthermore, it is reported that in 1971, Cutris successfully staged an uprising and became supreme ruler of his sandbox.
