Radish Strawberries

I picked Brussels Sprouts from the (winter) garden to go with the turkey...

It was time to pick these beauties because the stems had dried up. There was one more but it was rotten on the bottom.

Grilled Chicken & Backyard Garden Squash & Beans

I grew two pea plants in my vegetable garden. They got big! I've been saving their edible pods and tonight, I used them in my dinner. My son had four helpings.

Fresh beans are my favorite! Apparently they are the favorite of all of the wild animals that live around me as well. But with enough fencing, I have beans! The first ones were picked yesterday, and I found more today. I'm guessing the peak will happen by this weekend or early next week.
