CuTRis May Have Used Enhancements to Win UnAssociated Press

This photo that emerged today, seems to indicate that CuTRis may have used "enhancements" to win the Dry T-Shirt Contest--and so he was disqualified by an international panel today. This is just one of a string of scandals plaguing the onetime Presidential candidate.
