To many non-Minnesotans, our state is located somewhere in the permafrost zone, and we have snow and ice all year.
Recently, we've had "unseasonably cool" weather for July. I had no idea just how "cool" it really was, until I saw this sign (last evening) outside of a St. Paul Walgreen's store!
