Guy gets shot to death. At funeral, another guy gets shot to death. For some reason, blaming police and systemic failures hasn't solved the true problem. Until there can be some truth in the equation, this is going to continue. And most of the dead are the same people political correctness is supposed to be helping. There is a systemic failure for sure, but the responsibility is being derailed away from the people doing the shooting.
