Up until I had my first phone problem, I would have said Metro by T-Mobile was a great phone company. However, their customer service is designed to wear you down. They tell you over and over "I will put you on hold for less than 2 minutes"--and then they come back (usually) in 10. They never follow-up and when I wanted a credit for spending 9 hours and buying a new phone (I didn't need) that didn't solve the problem, they refused. Obviously they like the money better than my business.
Update: Feb. 12, 2019 Somewhere, somehow my dissatisfaction ended up being noticed by Kevin G. who finally listened to me and made great strides in setting things right!
