The Epstein Files

We should probably all stop talking about the Epstein files and wondering what's in the Epstein files. We should be quiet about whether Donald Trump is in the Epstein files. Just let the Epstein files go away and don't mention the Epstein files anymore. Stop wondering why so many FBI personnel were reassigned to check what's in the Epstein files, so that it can be redacted if it's ever released. Remember, the thing about the Epstein files is, that according to Pam Bondi, the Epstein files were both on her desk and also non-existent. So all of this talk about the Epstein files, is something that just won't go away even though Donald Trump would like it too. So please, don't mention the Epstein files so much because the more we talk about the Epstein files, the more the Epstein files issue will not go away.

Wasp?

I caught this in the house and released it outside. I think it's a newly hatched wasp. It doesn't look like it has wings, but it did fly away.

We chartered a fishing trip on Lake Superior with Happy Hooker Charters. Captain Peter Dahl and First Mate Judah found us some Lake Trout. When we got 7, I called it enough and we headed in.

Parking is Hell

Per the Trump Administration, the public must now park in hell. Only billionaires are allowed on the surface. Anyone can park near the main entrance for 12 minutes, for the low price $1200 USD.

Doomed by Selfishness

When someone holds their desire to accumulate material things above their personal relationships, and they refuse to compromise or understand the needs of others, no one wins. If they redirect all arguments back to the person who observes their behaviors, they become destined to feel miserable and make others unhappy as well. If they react with anger and reject logical choices, the issues will never be resolved. If they are passive aggressive, and go against the wishes of others involved, they propagate mistrust. If they refuse to discuss differences calmly, and continue to blame others for their inability to ever be satisfied with what they have, they will never appreciate what good things they overlook every day.

The Irony of Trump Voters in Rural America

The irony of what is about to happen to rural America, and the small-town people who have been supporting Donald Trump, is that the federal money that historically propped up their infrastructure is being pulled away. While some people applauded as programs to help minorities and immigrants were repealed, the social programs subsidizing such things as rural healthcare, media and education have now been targeted. This is further evidence that many people were fooled by a liar who used their own prejudices against them. What will be more interesting, is if these same people will be able to recognize their mistake as things begin to go bad for them.
